Hi Support team, I have installed Mac OS catalina and I have some of the applications disabled

Hi Team,

After the installation of catalina, I am not able to access all the microsoft applications like Excel, Word,remote desktop, Messenger,powerpoint, outlook, communicator.

You will probably need to update the Microsoft stuff to be compatible. Microsoft OS requirements for Office 2019 for Mac
