Broken led flash

Hello, I have a brand new IPhone 11 and my led flash is broken. The function “LED Flash for Alerts” is working but when I turn on the camera and I want to use led flash the device writes that the IPhone battery is low and needs to be charged before I can use the flash but my battery is 100% charged. Could anyone please help me?

In other apps as instagram, snapchat, ... flash isn't working as wel. When i try to use the flashlight without the camera, the light is working. Battery has 77% so it isn't a batteryproblem. Can’t use iPhone flash as battery is low. But is fully charged. Hi, this week, when I try to take a photo there is a yellow warning, top left of screen.
