My iPhone 11 recently had a random dark spot on the bottom of the screen. The screen is slow to respond and also opening apps on its own. The colours on the screen also are interchanging as well. I have attached a picture below.

We are not Apple. We can't alter reality.
The device can only be serviced in the country where it was originally sold.
If you can't fly there, ship it to someone you know there and ask them to take it in for service.
