What do I need to connect my iMac (2015) as a monitor for my new iMac (2020)?

You can not use a 2015 iMac as a display for your new iMac.

Only the 2009, 2010 27" and the 2011 thru mid 2014 iMac models supported Target Display Mode.

Target Display Mode is unsupported using a 2015 iMac. It is not an external display, which is what you need.
