i have recently synced my iphone and it has taken the playlist that was on my iphone and put in my itunes, but it wont add it back to my phone

ITUNES Ive created a playlist on my iPhone 12 pro max. I connected my iPhone to iTunes and did a back up as well as a sync but my newly created playlist that was created on my iPhone is not showing up on my iTunes. I've signed off and on of my iCloud account and that did not work. I checked all my settings as my old settings are to manually manage my music instead of automatically sync when iPhone is connected. Please help. Thank You.

iTunes windows So I try to drag a custom playlist from my iTunes to my iPhone and it does not let me. I contact apple and was told this is no longer possible and was told to sync so I sync once and have loads of other music I didn’t want on my phone so I reset my phone and re did this I checked my settings making sure I have to select what I want to sync and I click what I want to sync and then click sync and it still syncs loads of other stuff can anyone help me stop this from happening because I only want this playlist on my phone? Thanks in advance.

Playlists Missing from iPhone I recently just got a new phone (8+) and transferred all my data to it, however some playlists I have on itunes desktop aren't syncing to my phone (I have cloud music library turned on & I have apple music). Not sure how to force my phone to sync with itunes playlists as they should be there automatically.

Have you tried ensuring music syncing is turned on?
