can I download itunes in my windows 10/hp laptop?

Hello.

My iphone 7 (is 3 years old and 1 month) crashed. The battery ran out, when connected it the white screen with the apple is all I see for hours. I restarted it and it comes back to the same screen. I want to see if it connects to itunes but I can't download itunes. it says KI have to do it from the microsoft store but when I press on the link I get this error message;

"

Any idea in how to fix this. TIA
