Plantronics Bluetooth Explorer 55 (Iphone SE 2020, keeps disconnecting)

Hi people,

I am experiencing bluetooth issue with Plantronics Bluetooth Explorer 55.

After reset:

1 - Explorer 55 connects to iphone SE 2020

2 - After 15 seconds the bluetooth device says 'connected to iphone ... talk time X hours' and it disconnects immediately.

I tried unpairing and pairing back again but it doesn't solve the issue.

On my previous iphone, Iphone 8 it works but NOT with SE 2020.

The device is working correctly on other devices.
