my user for log in has been locked for the longest and can’t unlock it had to log in as “Guest User” in order to have access to my Mac. Tried to reset the password and it can’t be changed How can I reset the password?

Proceed with the rest of those steps.
Have tried that and it says the Apple ID can’t access the FileVault
