Apple TV background app page not working

When I double click the home button(next to the MENU button) the page starts to glitch out. It won’t let me clear apps and only when I click the home button or the menu button it goes back to the home page. I don’t know how to fix it.

Paramount+ Not Going Back to Main Menu Hi. I just got the Apple TV 4k and I think it's great, but I am having trouble with the Paramount+ APP. After watching a show and exiting out of it, it goes back to the shows main page. From there I can't go back to the Paramount+ home screen it gets stuck on the shows main page. Apple TV won’t open apps, when clicking on one opens a bubble to edit Home Screen or move the app When I try clicking into an app on my Apple TV, a bubble pops up to edit Home Screen or move the app. I can’t open any apps. I have updated the software, restarted the unit, unplugged it, done a factory reset, and when it loads my profile it always syncs back to this issue. I have two Apple TVs and both have the same problem. Any tips on how to fix this?
