Mum lost her iPhone and has no access to icloud

Hi! My mum lost her iPhone 5 this night and she has no access to iCloud or AppleID because she forgot her password. I tried to reset it but it said it’d take 4 days to reset. But we can’t wait for 4 days to block it! My mum has her credit cards and all her personal information on it. Please help!

There is nothing we can do to help. The password reset system is an automated system. The only way to stop it is to sign into your Apple ID.
