Powering up issue with Macbook Air 2015

Hi There

My Macbook Air (2015) is having issues powering up. Basically I pop the charger in, get a green light for 5 seconds, then an orange light. Nothing happens when I hit the power button and I've done a SMC restart. I've also tried replacing the battery but the still nothing. Any ideas?
