Can't find annual subscription plan for Apple Music
I’m trying to get the annual subscription plan for Apple Music but it’s not showing in my settings or App Store...why?

It likely has an eSim, not a physical SIM.

It is not in App store. It is under Apple Music --> Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC
You can also go to music.apple.com to subscribe and listen to Apple Music.

I believe it's only available as a renewal Do you have a monthly plan right now?
I'm trying to change our monthly family subscription to annual. There's no intuitive place on any menu to make this happen. I'm thinking we may need to cancel the plan and then re-subscribe but something tells me this isn't getting me where I need to go. Frustrating :|

Yes...it doesn’t work.
Also, the iPad pencil I just bought isn’t working either. Is there someone from Apple I can contact to get a refund?
