Iphone 11 pro max doesn't connect to Catalina macos

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a new cell phone (11 pro max) and want to connect with my macbook which has the newest version of Catalina macos.

as soon as connecting phone to computer by lightning cable, the name of my phone appear in the finder side bar and after 1 second disappear from that and this issue repeat thousand times till phone unplug.

I would appreciate if you solve my issue, I look forward to hearing from you.

Connect iPhone to Mac
