Container disk2 Mac HD-data red
I recently updated my MacBook Pro. If I’m not mistaken it’s a early 2013 or late 2012, 15.
Roughly 2 days after install that I believe went well, it froze and restarted saying that it restarted due to an issue. Go to restart and it stuck in grey screen boot up. The Apple shows up and then my log in. So I tried logging in and it loads and loads and loads. Finally after 25 min the bar is full and it just stays there. Followed all of the steps online other then going into the ‘coding” parts. In disk utility I ran the first aids and every shows ok. I guess, I’m not sure if I just don’t know what I’m doing but the container disk2 shows Macintosh HD-data in red. Anything will help at this point. Unfortunately I haven’t backed it up in some time. I desperately need what on the hard drive. If nothing else. Is it possible to take what’s on my hard drive and transfer to an external. Delete the Catalina off of it and then fix what’s wrong with my Mac and then install older Mac OS and then reinstall what I have? Idle I think I’m being to literal. Very stressful and confusing!!
