tv plus subtitles on windows 10

Hello,

I have a subscription for the service and I watch it on Google Chrome on Windows 10( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/21055/windows-10-closed-caption-settings ) , but the size of the subtitles is very small and I can't change it. From the settings of google chrome redirected me to the settings of Windows 10 and there I changed the size to 200%, but the subtitles are still small. I also tried Firefox, but they still remain small.
