Footers

It's been a long time since I created this document and seem to have forgotten how I access the text I now want to edit.

I can select the page number but not the text to the left. Should it matter, I only wish to amend the text in this particular section.

What am I missing please?

How can I change the Pages footer to 3 columns? My Pages version: 12.1 (7034.0.86) I took the file template from somebody else, who somehow made the footer a single box, while I want to be able to enter separate texts in different boxes. Now I have to separate them by entering blank spaces. Selecting ALL and deleting the contents doesn't restore the default three columns. The column setting in Format - Text - Layout doesn't work. Format - Table - Footer Rows setting is greyed out, so I never know what it's for. Thanks for any idea!

page numbering Hello, Most pages I have page numbers, but not all. When i go to insert a page number into the footer, it gives me the option but starting with page 8. How do i strip out the current numbers and start it all over again? Thanks, Bill
