I work for a hospital in IT. We have around 100 devices locked.

Our newer iPads, iPods and iPhones are managed by airwatch.

We have somewhere around 150 to 200 iPads, iPods all tied to one @icloud account.

The email account for the recovery is the same account.

How do we recover the account? Questions are no go.

Original employee that set this up is no longer with our hospital.

Persons unknown changed the password on one device which basically made bricks of up to 100 devices.
