Storage

My storage says full and my phone keeps crashing. Last month I signed up for an extra 50gb to avoid this. If I check my iCloud it says I have a lot of room left but my storage is full. It says other is what is taking up over 42 of the storage. I’ve deleted so many apps and practically everything on my phone and still not luck. What can I do
