i was using my iphone 5 till 2018 april . since then i baught 7+ n using. so now i thaught of repairing my 5
now it says it is disabeled for 17 years. i spent lot of money for its repair. and now this problem. please help

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

my phone is disabled for 17 years etc
