Family Notifications Only Going to MacBook Air.

I have had two kids set-up on the family share plan, with permission to buy request turned on, for years. It has worked beautifully. Now for some reason, all of their requests only go to my MacBook Air and not my iPhone. This is a concern because with schooling and such they often need new apps when I am not in front of my computer to approve.

Things I have already tried

1) I am logged in with my correct apple ID on both the iPhone and my MacBook

2) Their share accounts are set-up and linked to my correct apple ID

3) on my MacBook there is a notifications setting specifically for family, it is set to ON

4) on my iPhone there is not a notification setting for family, but I read that you should have your App Store notifications setting, set to on, and mine is

5) I used to get the on my iPhone no problem, and I changed nothing that I know of

Any ideas??

Have you tried restarting the device?
