recently, my iphone 8plus front facing camera for my own picture is blurry. rear facing camera image is ok. I did latest IOS upgrade, clean camera lense, soft reset. it did not resolve the issue.

Rear-facing camera works perfectly. Only Front-Facing camera is blurry.
