getting Microsoft office to work with Catalina?

I recently upgraded from Mojave to Catalina now my Microsoft Office won't run. is there any way to downgrade back to Mojave so my Microsoft office will function?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

The better way to go is to upgrade your Microsoft Office to a 64 bit version. Office 2019 and Office 395 are 64 bit.

But if you prefer to downgrade your MacOS Revert your Mac to a previous macOS version - Apple Support
