Restoring my macbook

I cleaned the hard drive but now that I want to restore I cant. My macbook shows a folder with ? in the middle of it. The page is black. What do I do?

My MacBook shows a “folder?” What should I do? I tried to restart my MacBook by following some instructions from YouTube on how to download the macOS Big Sur. I pressed command+R at the same time… after that my MacBook show a popping “folder?” And a black screen. I tried to recover by following more instructions and I ended up having a black screen with a globe 🌎 logo with a warning ⚠️ sign on it. How can I safely reset my MacBook ??? Please help me thank you!
