Order problems

I made an order from Canada Apple education store (An Ipad air + free airpods) on the 5th of August from outside the country to ship to my friend’s address. I was only charged for the airpods which already got delivered. However the Ipad shows that it is still processing since then, and today I received a text message from my bank that the order is up “تم رفع الحجز", which I do believe means that Apple won’t charge money for this order anymore (despite that the ipad status is still processing when I check my order).

so what exactly should I do now considering that I am outside canada?
