Password or Passcode?
On the PC, you can’t manage the iPad Passcode. The iPad passcode is stored on your iPad alone; it cannot be set or synchronised from other locations. Your AppleID Password can be managed externally, either from another Apple device, or from a web browser.
If you have forgotten your iPad passcode, or your iPad is disabled, you’ll need to follow this process:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).
