My phone won’t restore

I have a IPhone XSMax and my phone disabled itself and it said to connect to iTunes but it won’t connect and it restore.

my phone is displaying support.apple.com/iPhone/restore

I go onto that website and follow the instructions and iTunes gives me an error message 9. So now my phone is not letting me do anything. Can anyone please help? Thanks Jacqueline

I chose restore because all i’m trying to do is reset the iphone. I waited for awhile and nothing happened and the phone turned back on. Still it said “connect to itunes”. error iphone is disabled hello I have a Iphone x it's storage was full and it worked slowly and unfortunately I didn't have time to export the data to my computer and backup my data. Today I restart my phone because it worked slowly but when it turned on i saw this error iphone is disabled connect to itunes and when i connect my phone to my computer it can't connect to mu phone because i should confirm this process from my phone and my phone is not work
