My storage remains full despite removing apps and some pictures. When I decided to transfer to my computer, it said it was having trouble connecting! The phone had been acting crazy all week and I’ve had to reset it and turn it off several times! Help!

Did you reset your phone to factory default? If yes, try to make an appointment to the authorized apple service centre and let them assess your phone. If no, try backup your phone on iCloud and refer to this link on how to restore your phone to factory default
