Apple won't be able to repair your phone. You should look for third party options that can do the work. Apple is more of a toss and replace when it comes to repairing their devices, specially when they have water damage, because they claim they 'want to preserve the great user experience'. Any reputable 3rd party repair service can help you no problem and most likely can help you recover data in your phone or can get your phone back to working condition.
