I can't download macOS Sierra

So ive tried to restart my macbook air back to factory settings but now its saying i cant download mac os siearra as the app store download canr be done as it been downloaded to many times.. not sure what to do and ive only just got the laptop of my sister...

Look in Applications for Install MacOS Sierra... any copies there?

Don't use Firefox for this link...
