Hello, I have a Macbook, which is low on disk. I am wondering if I'm able to buy more disk storage, so I will be able to store all my images from my iPhone onto my MacBook.

You could get yourself an external disk and move your library to this external disk. prepare the external disk as described here: Move your Photos library to save space on your Mac - Apple Support
