Cellular Data

i have a an apple watch version 6.2.8. and am unable to connect to cellular. When i go into the watch app on my phone and click on the "my watch" there are no options for cellular.

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 6

Are you sure you have a cellular watch?

If it is a cellular watch, it should have red markings on the crown.
