I have Start Logic as my host company. I use IMAP for my emails--have so many problems on Mac Devices

I'm so frustrated. I've had Startlogic hosting my website and email and I can't get email to run on Mac Mail or Outlook on my iPhone or iPad. Does anyone know how I can make this work and what the problem is.

Should I ditch Startlogic?

I have no experience with your vendor, but in the past, I have found that most email service providers are ready and willing to work with us to help us, or address problems. Have you approached them for help? If they can not or will not, then I would get another provider - at least for the email service. Good luck.
