Authorizing the use of purchased iTunes Store music

On a new PC laptop and wanting to play purchased music. Laptop device has been authorized. Click on song and a authorizing window opens stating the computer is not authorized to play this music. Window requests Apple ID and password. Apple ID box is preloaded with ID which is not the current iTunes account ID but, is my Support Community ID. Change ID to authorized ID and use associated password and reauthorize. New window states incorrect Account. Where is this new ID coming from and how do I fix this?

It's coming from inside the song file.


If you downloaded the song with your current Apple ID, delete and redownload it.

If not but the other Apple ID is yours, log in with the other Apple ID when prompted, or set up Family Sharing.

If not and the other Apple ID isn't yours, you need to buy it yourself.
