Hi! I'm helping my grandparents to stream Netflix to their TV in their RV which means no wifi or internet of any sort. I tried by using a third-party lightning to HDMI cable, the screen got mirrored but when clicking a movie/series the content became black. The exact effect also happens while screenrecording Netflix. Can this problem be solved by using apples own lightning to HDMI cable?

Netflix and other apps don’t allow you to record the screen or connect it to an external display to avoid copyright infringement. There is nothing you can do for this except use a Mac or PC to connect to the TV from https://www.netflix.com.
