Iphone 11 pro max - streaming app error codes

Hello!

This began yesterday: suddenly, none of my streaming apps will work on my iPhone (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube/Youtube kids, etc). Thought it was a Sprint network issue so chatted with a tech this morning on their website and just got back from a Sprint/Tmobile store where they tried everything under the sun, even switching out the sim card to a new one, to no avail. Phone is only 2 months old so they said to make an appointment at the Apple store... only problem is next available appointment is over a week away. Any thoughts on what to do to fix this? Is it faulty iphone?
