iCloud Messages stuck

Hi All,

I restored my phone like 2 weeks ago and it's still stuck on downloading the messages from icloud. Iv'e done everything I can find to do and called apple which wasn't helpful. Any suggestions?

Have you tried such suggestions like restarting, signing out and back in to the device, trying another WiFi?
