by mistake I removed an old device on a different Apple ID which I have forgotten

my new Apple ID had a device which was connected to a different Apple ID which I removed to activate my old iPhone. now I am unable to activate the iPhone as I have forgotten the Apple ID as well as the password along with losing the receipt for the phone. what's the solution to activate my old I phone 6? any help would be much appreciated.
