iPhone XR Face ID help

After exposing my phone to an accidental spill of hand sanitizer, it’s camera became extremely foggy. To fix this, I looked online and found a few solutions which I tried. One was to leave my phone in a bag of rice while the other was to espouse to heat which I did. The greatest amount I exposed it to was either the heat from the son from inside a bag or the heat of my computer. Two days after doing this I tried to reset the face I’d to see if it would work but it didn’t and gave me a not available error. Next I tried a hard reset and it still didn’t work. Please help
