Apple Beta Software Program

Unable to download configuration profile for Apple Beta Software Program.

I am signed into the Apple Beta Software Program. I have backed up my iPhone 8. I have updated to iOS to 13.6. I am on the beta.apple.com site (2) Install profile. I clicked the "download" button and after an hour, clicked it again. The message stated "Start new download? This will stop all progress for the current download?" I clicked "cancel". Kept checking every hour. After 5 hours, I clicked "ok" I then clicked "download" and again checked hourly. After another 5 hours, I clicked "ok". I then replied to the Apple Beta Software Program email, but have not had a response. I was really excited to participate in this beta testing. Are you able to help me? Thank you.
