Phone stolen, then the crooks dislodged icloud from text message phishing

Was mugged on the street, and the crooks stole my iPhone. On ICloud marked the phone lost, but looks like the crooks sent me a phishing text disguised as apple reporting the phone was found and dislodged my ICloud and removed the phone. Any way to report the phone in a system so that the crooks can't use it?
