Verification Required

How do I stop my phone from providing me the following message:

Before you can make purchases, you must tap Continue to sign in, then verify your payment info.

I follow the steps but there is no where to verify. Help!

verification required I've been trying to download apps on my phone but every time I go to do so I get the verification required pop up. I went to go and update my payment info but instead, I removed it. and even then I am still getting the pop-up. Not sure what to do.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
