Movie trailers in English despite App Store location

Is there a way to watch movie trailers in English, despite being signed-in in the Austrian (German language) App Store? Or do I need to switch to an abroad App Store? (which one? UK? US? Hong Kong? Singapore?)

I'm Austrian citizen and thus my App Store (and all) is set to Austria. However, I strongly dislike dubbed movies, and like to see them in their original language with subtitles.

This works in almost 80 % of cases. We came a long way from the year 1970, where literally everything was dubbed and no original versions were available. However:

I can somewhat bear seeing an unpleasantly dubbed movie trailer once in a while. However, my girlfriend does not speak German. Is there a way to switch movie trailers to English?

Movie trailers are supplied by the movie studios and/or regional movie distributors. The format used (e.g. dubbed or subtitled) for a certain region, may be set by marketing reasoning, without further user options. The format of the trailer is not indicative of the format of the movie. A dubbed trailer can sometimes mean dual audio for the full movie. You have to look at the language specification for the specific movie.

(example: specs for ‘The Gentlemen’ in the Austria iTunes Store)

You may communicate your wishes to that movie studio (see Copyright line for the movie on the movie information page), about the audio options for future movie (and trailer) releases.

Apple Originals from Apple TV+ will be available in multiple audio streams and multiple soft subtitles.

You cannot change to a different iTunes Store region at will, as that is linked to the region of the billing address of your Apple ID account, as well as the region of the linked payment method.
