I have a Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter where I plugged in a hdmi cable to a tv that I want to use as a second monitor but the text and videos on that monitor are blurry. Read a bunch of threads to try to find the fix but the problem still exist

When you choose [√] Mirror Displays, a "compromise" resolution that seems like it can be supported on both displays is used, and BOTH displays are driven by the same display-generator Hardware.
In some cases, one display or the other may be sub-optimal. In extreme cases, one display or the other may not be able to reach the "compromise" resolution and may drop out.
Do you really need the exact same picture on two displays?
Setting the resolution lower than optimum resolution (to accommodate Mirrored displays) may set the resolution lower than standard resolution. On many displays, that setting will seem blurry.

Use Extended Desktop mode and set the resolution to what works best.
