iCloud problem

I have 200gb of iCloud storage and i've only used 38.9 of it. It won't backup anymore. My phone says it's out of storage?

iCloud storage My ne iPhone tells me that I do not have enough storage to complete the backup to iCloud yet when I check the storage, I have only used 35 of 50GB. Do I need to buy more storage or is there another reason for this backup issue?

iCloud storage It seems not matter how much space I clear for backup it says I don’t have enough storage. Currently it appears I’m under 50GB data which I pay for monthly. But phone won’t back up
