Can't setup a profile in Apple Music

I don't have "See What Friends Are Listening To" in my Apple Music App (Family Subscription). Can someone help? I tried to turn on/off in restriction settings. Relogged a lot of times. Restarted my phone a lot of times. Nothing helped before

Hi!

Thanks so much for getting these details over to us. If no one in the Family Sharing group is able to set up a profile, let's make sure there aren't any regional restrictions for the feature. At this time, following friends and sharing songs in Apple Music isn't available in Russia, mainland China or Turkey. If your family members are using one of these regions as their Apple ID region, they won't see the feature appear in the app.

Best regards!

Hi AtaiNogoibaev,

We understand that you're wanting to set up a profile for Apple Music to follow friends, and we'll do all we can to help. To be sure we don't miss anything, are any other devices in the Family Sharing group able to set up a profile and see the option to follow friends? Also, if the account currently signed in to Apple Music is a child account in the Family Sharing group, that account will not be able to share music with others. We have all the details in the resource below.

Please let us know what you find.

Take care!

Hi ryane77,

According to what you have written following friends and sharing song options are currently unavailable in Russia (which is our store region, and mine myself since I am head of Family Sharing). But I am in Netherlands at the moment and my parents are in Serbia and rest of family in Kyrgyzstan. However, I would like to mentioned that I just want my name to be written correctly. In setting, iCloud and AppStore it is Atai, however in Apple Music it is written as Atay (y is not correct).

Hope this will clarify the situation.
