The “Other” category is consuming over 13GB of 32GB storage on my iPad2. This seems excessive. I have used the Clear History and Website Data command for Safari. Is there a similar command for Google and Chrome? Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks so much for this answer. It totally nailed the problem. I was able to free up enough storage to download and install the update. The “Other” category went from >13GB to 1GB. 😎👍

That is what that procedure link and iPadOS 13.6.1 was supposed to do.
