Where did all of my pictures go? I had over 50000 pictures in my iCloud 2 days ago; today I have 1700... I feel absolutely sick to my stomach... if I delete pictures off my iPhone photos, does it delete it off of my iCloud?

iCloud is a backup and sync service, if you delete photos on your phone, it will most likely also delete off iCloud.

If it was within the last 30 days, check the Recently Deleted album in Photos > Album > Recently Deleted. It may be possible to recover the photos there.
