I want to know how to buy a song on the iTunes Store without signing up for Apple Music - that ****** pop-up window asking me to sign up keeps coming up every time I attempt to play the song - even though I continue to click 'Not Now'...it's really annoying!

Open music, iTunes Store, then you can purchase music from there.
