new imac will not open photoshop elements 19. It worked for a week and now will not open
iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Photoshop Elements 2019 is not supported on Catalina by Adobe, and Elements 2020 is now required. See Adobe's Photoshop Elements System Requirements. Upgrade your Elements software.
