Blue flashing light in Netflix

so in Netflix I’ll be watching an episode of Death note or something else and once or twice an episode I’ll get this blue light on the black sides of the screen. I thought it was part of the thing I was watching, but I went back and replayed the parts it would happen and the blue light wouldn’t appear. I don’t know what I’m having this problem but if anyone knows why please tell me
